Bernoulli mechanical head
Separate pressure, velocity and elevation contributions to fluid head.
A clear answer. Here’s how.
Head=P/(ρg)+V²/(2g)+z, using gauge pressure and your elevation datum consistently. Reports each contribution in metres of the supplied fluid. Assumes incompressible flow with kinetic-energy correction factor one. No pump input, turbine extraction or friction loss is included; compare locations only when those energy terms are appropriately accounted for.
