CSV date reformatter
Reformat a column of strict ISO dates without locale guessing.
A clear answer. Here’s how.
Validates non-empty input cells as Gregorian YYYY-MM-DD dates in years 0001–9999, then rearranges the date parts. Empty cells remain empty; whitespace and ambiguous dates are rejected. UTC validation avoids local time-zone shifts. Formatting changes the selected column only.

Strict Gregorian YYYY-MM-DD input; empty cells remain empty. Formatting does not depend on time zone.
