CSV split cells into rows
Expand list-valued cells into separate records using a literal separator.
A clear answer. Here’s how.
Splits one selected cell on a non-empty literal separator and repeats all remaining fields for each piece. Preserves piece order, whitespace and empty pieces. Does not interpret escaped separators or nested list syntax. Output is bounded to 50,000 rows, 2 million cells and 32 million characters; reduce the expansion when limits are reached.

Literal separators split one field; all other fields repeat. Empty pieces are retained, subject to CSV parser rules for wholly empty rows.
