Round a CSV numeric column
Round decimal values with exact half-away-from-zero ties.
A clear answer. Here’s how.
Rounds decimal text using integer arithmetic, with exact halfway values rounded away from zero (1.005→1.01 and −1.005→−1.01 at two places). Supports bounded decimal exponent notation. Emits fixed decimal places, keeps blank cells and leaves other columns unchanged. This numeric operation removes leading zeros in the selected column.
