A clear answer. Here’s how.

Uses a restricted mathematical parser, without eval or executable JavaScript. Supports x, pi, e, + − * / ^, parentheses and sin/cos/tan/asin/acos/atan/sqrt/abs/exp/ln/log/floor/ceil/round; min, max and pow take two arguments. Trigonometric angles are radians, log is base 10, and multiplication must be explicit. Each curve is sampled at 4,001 X positions; undefined/non-finite values are omitted, with heuristics to break visible discontinuities. Sampling can miss narrow features and cannot prove continuity, roots or intersections. Axis bounds are explicit; zoom changes both ranges. Download the graph as SVG.
