Meeting cost calculator
Estimate the value of attendee time using your own hourly rates.
A clear answer. Here’s how.
For each role, attendee count × hourly rate × meeting minutes/60 gives a time-cost estimate. Adds the other cost you supply. Counts are non-negative whole numbers and all rates use one currency. This is an opportunity/payroll-cost model, not a wage, billing or employment entitlement determination.
