Add a drawn signature to a PDF
Draw or upload your signature and place it on a PDF page, with an optional caption.
A clear answer. Here’s how.
Your signature is drawn on a canvas (or taken from a picture whose white background is made transparent), trimmed, and embedded in the PDF as an ordinary PNG image at the size, position and pages you choose, respecting page rotation. An optional caption such as your name and the date is printed under it. This is only a picture. It is not a digital signature, adds no certificate or timestamp, and does not prove who signed or that the document is unchanged; where a law or a counterparty requires a qualified or advanced electronic signature, use a service that provides one. Up to 30 MB per file. Password-protected PDFs are not supported. Files are read and changed in this browser only and are never uploaded.
