Resamples proportionally to at most the chosen grid size on each axis, then rounds each RGB channel to equally spaced levels. Alpha is retained. Adjacent identical colour/alpha pixels in each row become one SVG rectangle. Exports a self-contained SVG with no embedded raster or external assets; this creates a pixel mosaic rather than tracing image contours. Supports PNG/JPEG/WebP up to 10 MB and 4 million decoded pixels per file. Browser decoding and single-frame PNG re-encoding remove source metadata/colour profiles; no files leave this device.
