Rounds height plus trimming upwards to a whole pattern repeat when specified. Whole drops per roll are rounded down; strips across the perimeter and rolls are rounded up. Doors/windows are not deducted. Assumes straight-match paper; half-drop matching and sloped walls need separate allowances.
