Move a date using your chosen weekdays and excluded-date list.
A clear answer. Here’s how.
Counts eligible dates strictly after the starting date when adding, or strictly before it when subtracting. Zero returns the supplied start even if it is excluded. Weekday numbers run Monday=1 to Sunday=7; duplicate excluded dates are ignored. At most 100,000 working days and 1,000,000 calendar steps are supported. No jurisdiction-specific holiday rules are added.
