A clear answer. Here’s how.
Generates start, start+step days and so on through an inclusive end date, then applies the weekday filter. The interval is anchored to the start; filtering does not move it. Maximum 10,000 candidate dates. Gregorian date arithmetic is performed at UTC midnight without time-zone changes.
