Builds one RFC 5545 VEVENT with a fresh random UID and a UTC generation timestamp. Timed inputs must be explicit UTC; all-day inputs use DATE values and export the day after the inclusive last date as the non-inclusive DTEND. Escapes text delimiters and line breaks and folds UTF-8 content lines at 75 octets. Downloading creates a file only; it does not contact a calendar service, send invitations or add an event to an account.
