Dates & time
Elapsed time between dated instants
Compare two ISO date-times with explicit UTC offsets.
A clear answer. Here’s how.
Validates full Gregorian date-times with whole seconds and an explicit Z or numeric UTC offset no greater than ±14:00. Converts to UTC before subtracting, allowing signed results and differing offsets. Every duration day is 86,400 seconds. The numeric offset is supplied by you; geographic daylight-saving rules and leap seconds are not inferred.
