Uses the NGSP–IFCC master equation: NGSP (%) = 0.09148 × IFCC (mmol/mol) + 2.152. The reverse is (NGSP − 2.152) ÷ 0.09148. Values that imply a negative IFCC result or an HbA1c fraction above 100% are rejected. HbA1c is distinct from a current blood glucose reading; this tool does not convert to estimated average glucose.
