Uses minute-resolution intervals within one common day and time zone. Start is inclusive, end exclusive; end may be 24:00. Merges overlapping windows for the same trimmed, case-sensitive name. Finds maximal windows with at least the required number of the same people continuously available. Extra people joining or leaving do not split a valid window. Overnight windows must be split into separate days; time zones and calendar dates are not inferred.
