Allocates whole minutes in proportion to non-negative subject priorities. Uses largest remainders so the allocated minutes exactly equal the available whole-minute budget. Requires a positive total priority and 1–100 subjects. Breaks and topic difficulty must be reflected in your available time and priorities.
