A clear answer. Here’s how.

The two eighth notes together occupy one quarter-note duration. First duration = quarter duration × swing percentage; second duration is the remainder. A 50% share is straight and about 66.67% is a 2:1 triplet-like split. This defines timing mathematically; DAW swing controls can use different conventions.
