Tempo & delay time calculator
Get straight, dotted and triplet note lengths for a quarter-note BPM.
A clear answer. Here’s how.
One quarter note lasts 60,000/BPM milliseconds. Whole through thirty-second note lengths scale from that value. Dotted notes multiply by 1.5; triplet values multiply by 2/3. Tempo refers to quarter notes regardless of a score’s time-signature denominator.
