Curtain fabric planner
Estimate joined fabric widths, repeat-matched drops and total fabric length.
A clear answer. Here’s how.
Each curtain needs track width × fullness ÷ curtain count in finished flat width. Joined full widths lose two seam allowances per join and the two outer side allowances. Finds the fewest whole widths per curtain. Each drop includes top/bottom allowances and rounds up to a whole vertical repeat. All drops start at the same pattern phase. Excludes horizontal motif alignment, lining, heading-specific extra fabric and roll-end waste.
